Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dov Biran, Ph.D. is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Fitango Health, Inc., an Israeli-American digital health company. Prior thereto, Dr. Biran served as acting Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and a Director of Attunity, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATTU). He served as a director of EZSource (Acquired by IBM). Dr. Biran was the founder and President of Bridges for Islands, Inc., which was acquired by Attunity, Inc. in 2000. Dr. Biran was the Chief Executive Officer of Optimal Technologies, Ltd., Chief Information Officer of Dubek, Ltd. and served as an officer in the computer unit of the Israeli Defense Forces. He also served as a Professor of entrepreneurship and computers at Babson College, Northeastern University, and Tel Aviv University. Dr. Biran holds a B.Sc., M.B.A., and Ph.D. degrees in computers and game theory from Tel Aviv University.
Christina Vorvis, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer
Christina Vorvis, Ph.D., is Chief Operating Officer at Fitango Health. Prior to Fitango, she spent nearly a decade conducting drug discovery and clinical research studies at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and UCLA, publishing +10 scientific articles in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Vorvis has experience in business development, operations, and deal origination at global institutions such as Amgen and OrbiMed. She earned a B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from UCLA. During her graduate studies, Christina launched Southern California’s first-ever healthcare hackathon and was an analyst (and later judge) for MedTech Innovator, the industry’s nonprofit global competition and accelerator for medical device, digital health, and diagnostic companies.
Joel Reich, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Joel Reich, M.D. is a medical doctor that spent the first half of his career in Emergency Medicine in an academic medical center followed by a community healthcare system. He was the Department Chair and Medical Director of EMS, and then the Chief Medical Officer at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN). After ECHN he was the interim Chief Medical Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance, a unique non-profit Medicare-Medicaid dual-eligible "Social ACO" organization. Dr. Reich serves as an advisor/consultant and faculty teaching graduate-level Population Health at Jefferson College of Population Health and at the University of New Haven. Dr. Reich holds a master’s degree in Medical Management, Health & Medical Informatics, and Technology & Human Affairs. His special interests include population health, innovative care, and payment models, healthcare system transformation, care management, complex populations, and health technology applications including telehealth/remote patient monitoring.
Director of R&D
Egor Dmitruk is the Director of R&D at Fitango Health. Egor earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has 12+ years experience working with highload systems. He is an expert in building high volume, mission-critical systems for the healthcare market. Prior to Fitango Health, Egor spent time working in various start-ups in the health care and online auction spheres.
Allie Greenberg, MBA
VP, Client Services & Strategy
Allie Greenberg, MBA is the Vice President of Client Services and Strategy at Fitango Health. Prior to joining Fitango, Allie worked as a Strategy & Engagement Manager at VirtualHealth, implementing a B2B SaaS care management solution for clients including large-scale Medicare and Medicaid plans. Allie also has experience consulting on digital transformation strategy. She has an MBA in Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Allie has also worked at NYU Langone Medical Center in the Office of Science and Research, evaluating investment opportunities and setting strategy across research departments and for the medical school.
Rocky Seftel, MHA
Rocky Seftel, MHA, is Vice President of Product at Fitango Health. Prior to Fitango he spent five years working in Product Management for the largest BPCIA convener, Remedy Partners, which was acquired by Signify Health in 2019. Rocky has experience in analytics, data driven development, machine learning, and health policy. He earned a B.S. degree from NYU and a master’s degree in Health Administration from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. He has previously completed public health research at the National Institute of Health and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Director of Customer Success
Dan Schykerynec is Director of Customer Success at Fitango Health. Previous to Fitango Health, Dan worked at Johnson & Johnson performing Consumer Science Research for its globally utilized cleanser panel. He completed numerous studies for globally used cleanser products and provided core consumer research for the R&D and marketing teams. After his time at Johnson & Johnson, Dan worked at Princeton Dermatology Associates to obtain direct medical experience to further understand the medical profession and leverage this knowledge in future business endeavors. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Marist College, where during his studies he performed microbial ecology and genetic sequencing research. He also researched mediterranean nutritional science while studying in Florence, Italy. Dan excelled in business studies as well; he won the Marist College School of Business business plan competition.
