While messaging allows for casual person-to-person communications, alerts and notifications offer a fully customizable call-to-action solution. Built to work across nearly all types of devices, the system can notify of any upcoming events, send alerts according to a predefined set of rules, as well as escalate issues to appropriate teams and their members.

Notifications can be handled in the following way:
