Fitango Health is excited to announce its Wellness ActionPlans application at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS17) Conference in Orlando, which will extend the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud with interactive patient engagement components. Health Cloud gives healthcare providers the ability to make smarter care decisions, engage with patients across their caregiver networks and manage patient data in new and powerful ways.

The Fitango Health app for Salesforce Health Cloud will help patients better understand and be more involved in their health through a range of engagement mechanisms that are interactive, competitive and educational.
Care providers using the Fitango Health app can create customizable care plans and the compliance tools will track adherence of personal plans where points can can be acquired for positive behaviors.
